In Ziran Qigong it is believed that the health of the body, mind and spirit relies upon a smooth flow of Qi within the body and beyond. Our body/mental disease is the result of poor Qi circulation, stagnation and the lack of communication between our inner world and the universe.

Body alignment and awaken your body’s Qi

In ancient classic of medicine “Huandi Neijing” it states “When body and its bone in its nature inherits the softness of tendons and meridian pathways, qi and blood can flow smoothly, skin, other organs and muscles breath in and out in its appropriate time, internal and external, yin and yang can be in harmony, thus achieve health and longevity”.

The first stage of Ziran Qigong involves general movements with specific breath methods to regulate the body’s alignment, tendons and meridians to develeop body awareness and Qi awakening.

By regulating and open four major parts of body - ankles, pelvic flower, rib cage and temporal & occipital bones and leaning to use three wings breath method to feel and experiencing the 'the six lines of Qi' in order to balance and harmonize the realm of the entity to reconnect your Qi with heaven & earth.
